 Grades of Hiking
• Grade I
You prefer walking on a relatively safer and wider path; you value sight-seeing while hiking; you can't be called a fairly steady-footed man and sometimes you feel dizzy when standing high; you haven't much time to do exercise for the tour or you rarely exercises; you lack hiking experience. For a person like you, what is the most important is the combined enjoyment of body, mentality and soul.
• Grade II
You prefer walking on uncomplicated path, but you are never fear of passing defiles; you do not mind long-distance traveling along rough roads and simple accomdation; the purpose of your tour is to perfectly combine viewing of natural sceneries with visiting to cultural establishments; you regard body training ahead of departure as a component of the tour; you find it unchallenging to hike 6 hours a day and treking within a height of 1000 meters.
• Grade III
You like meeting physical challenges in tour; you may fell physically and phychologically wake because treking is frequent hiking through dangerous passes; ascending or descending, you may find the path quite steep, tilting and somewhite dangerous; you are open to dropping stones. Therefore, steady-footedness and bravery are the prerequisites. The 8-hour-per-day hicking and treking a height over 1000 meters. You are strong and keep in good physical condition, or you have already done specific exercise for the tour. A kind of athletic sports, your tour will be relaxed and pleasurable.
