Day 01 Arrive Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. Greet and meet by Beijing local guide, Transfer to hotel.
Day 02 Beijing
Today, you will initially visit the Tian’anmen Square, reputed as the biggest public square in the world, which can hold one million people. Then visit the Forbidden City, renowned as the largest preserved ancient architectural complex in China and the world at large. After lunch, you will visit the Summer Palace, which is the largest existing imperial grand garden in China. In the evening enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing. (B/L/SD)
Day 03 Beijing
After breakfast, you will visit the marvelous Great Wall at Badaling, the most outstanding representation of Great Wall. Proceed to one of the ming tombs – Chang Ling, the tomb of Emperor Yong Le (reign 1403-1424) and Empress Xu Shi, which is the largest and best preserved of the 13 Ming Tombs near Beijing. (B/L/D)
Day 04 Beijing / Taiyuan / Wu Taishan
Fly to Taiyuan in the morning which is the capital city of Shanxi province. Take the coach to Wu Tai Mountain with 3 hours riding. In this Mountain, there are many Buddhist temple and magic legend. It is the one of the four famous Buddhist Mountain in China. Wenshu Buddha get the creed from here. (B/L/D)

Day 05 Wu Taishan / Tai Yuan
Today, you will visit the Wu Ye Temple, Pu Hua Temple, Bi mountain temple and so on. And then return to Tai Yuan in later-afternoon. (B/L/D)

Day 06 Taiyuan / Chengdu
Fly to Chengdu in the morning. Take the city tour in Chengdu. Visit the Wenshu Temple and Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. The local flavor dinner will be arranged. (B/L/SD)

Day 07 Chengdu ~ Emei
After breakfast, tour to Emei Mountain-one of the Four Famous Buddhist Mountains. Visit the Wan nian Temple, Bao guo Temple. Then take the cable car up to the Golden Peak. (B/L/D)

Day 08 Emei ~ Leshan
Take a ride to leshan. Visit Leshan Buddhist statue- Giant Buddha, Lingyun Temple, and so on. (B/L/D)

Day 09 Leshan ~ Dazu
After breakfast, take the coach to Dazu. Visit Dazu Buddhist stone carving (Northern Hill& Baoding Hill). The sculpture of Dazu are excellent representative works of stone carving produced during the later period of speleological arts in China. (B/L/D)

Day 10 Dazu ~ Chongqing
Go to Chongqing in the morning. Visit Chongqing zoo, people's hall. The hotpot dinner will be arranged. After Dinner, Pre-board the Yangtze Cruise Ship. (B/L/SD)
Day 11 Yangtze River Cruise
Arrive at Fengdu in the afternoon, Shore-excursion for the temples on Mingshan Hill where the ghost city is located. Through a couple of hours sailing after people returning, (B/L/D)
Day 12 Yangtze River Cruise
In early morning, the ship enters the first gorge- Qutang Gorge , the shortest but the most dramatic of the Yangtze's Three Gorges with steep cliffs, which have ancient man-made pathways and many odd ancient relics, then the second gorge- Wu Gorge will pass though which is known for its odd, misty rock formations and its backdrop of soaring mountains. Later afternoon, take sampan being pulled primitively by junkmen to sail upstream over the Shennong Stream against the strong current and then drift down. (B/L/D)
Day 13 Yichang / Shanghai
Today, the boat scheduled to enter the third Gorge Xliling Gorge, the longest and previously the most hazardous one. The highlight of Yangtze Tour: see how the boat navigates the Dam through the 5-step ship locks first, and then visit Sandouping, the site of Three Gorges Dam, which is the biggest dam in the world. Disembark in Yichang city. Transfer to airport for Shanghai flight. (B/L/D)

Day 14 Shanghai
This morning, visit the Bund. Have a stroll along the waterfront to experience the smells, sights and sounds of the old "Wall Street" in Shanghai. You also have a chance to visit famous Nanjing Road among crowds. Proceed to the famous Jade Buddha Temple. Afterwards, visit the 400-year old Yu Yuan Garden. This evening you'll enjoy an amazing Acrobatic Show. (B/L/D)
Day 15 Shanghai ~ Suzhou ~ Tongli (Water Village)
This morning, transfer to Suzhou, visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, the largest classical garden in Suzhou and one of the four most famous ones in China. Originally built in 1513 AD, the garden is typical example of the art of horticulture south of the Changjiang River. Then visit the No1 Silk Factory, where you will see closely the different procedures before the silk is created. After lunch, you will visit Water Village of Tongli, which has a history spanning well over 1,000 years. Back to Shanghai in the late afternoon. (B/L/D)
Day 16 Shanghai / Hometown
Transfer to the airport for home. (B) |
